The invoice is payable on presentation. Collection expenses and interest @ 24% will be charged if the bill is not paid within 30 days from the date of issue of invoice. Payments to be made by cheque crossed to “A/C Payee” only in favour of TECHSECURE MEDIA (payable at Bangalore) or via internet transaction or via digital payment. No claim shall be considered unless brought to our notice in writing within 48 hours of the receipt of services or appearance of advertisement. All disputes are subject to Bangalore (Karnataka) Jurisdiction.
